PrepSportsNet provides each school with an online tutorial for students, faculty and administration. Personal assistance is also provided by our High School Programs department. To begin, PrepSportsNet provides each high school through a designated faculty member with password-protected and secured administrative access to the PSN platform. The designated faculty member can approve access to selected students (username and password) that allow them to a) customize the site with school logos and colors, and b) upload content (video, audio, text, photos, schedules, scores, etc.). The PSN template includes sections for all boys and girls teams, coaches’ corner, cheerleading, band, alumni, and archives. Provisions for schools to add new channels are also provided. In addition: - Only approved individuals may post content to the site. - The site does not require any knowledge of computer programming. - Each school will be provided a unique internet address, e.g. www.lhs.prepsportsnet.com, with the letters immediately following “www”, the high school designation. - PrepSportsNet controls 100% of the advertising and sponsorship on the site.

Yes. There are no setup, design, hosting or cancellation fees. It is completely free-of-charge.
4) My school currently has web sites for many sports that are managed by our coaches, boosters, etc.; will our PrepSportsNet site replace these sites?
Many high schools have a number of individual sports web sites managed by a different individuals and groups. PrepSportsNet provides a platform to aggregate all sports on a single site including special areas for coaches, cheerleading, bands, alumni, boosters, and archives. This approach:
- Aggregates the audiences from each respective site
- Provides the high school with a single athletics site for all sports via a single web site address rather than many different addresses
- Provides leverages of the entire aggregated audience for advertisers and sponsors to optimize revenue potential for each school.
- Promotes student involvement in the site to enhance a student’s school experience both academically and athletically.
- Showcases the range of student sports at the high school on a state-of-the-art platform.
- Enables content to be viewed on a host of channels including computers, mobile devices, outdoor digital, etc.
- Enables the ability to webcast or simulcast games and events.
- Enables the high school to engage students, faculty, administrators, alumni, fans, and boosters in a rich media environment.
- Creates an incremental revenue stream from major advertisers/sponsors to compliment existing local advertisers/sponsors.
5) How does my school make money?
PrepSportsNet, on behalf of each partner school and the network, solicits national, regional, and local advertisers and sponsors. Each partner high school shares in a percentage of the gross revenue generated from their site. Each high school may also earn additional revenue through the PrepSportsNet incentive fund that is awarded quarterly based, solely at the discretion of PrepSportsNet based on an individual school’s site’s overall performance, e.g. quality of content, site traffic, etc.
6) How soon do we receive the funds?
The funds are payable 24 hours after they have cleared the PSN bank account.
